What this site processes, and what these analytics never infer

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Ayonix Co., Ltd., 1-10-7-508 Higashi Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 141-0022, Japan. Questions about this notice or about data held on you should go to infojp@ayonix.com.

Where Ayonix processes footage or operates analytics on your behalf, the arrangement is set out in the contract for that work. This notice covers the website, not those deployments.

What this website collects

Only what you actively submit, plus privacy-conscious analytics. There is no advertising tracking on this site, no third-party advertising cookies, and no cross-site profiling.

• Enquiry data you type into a form: name, work email, organisation, role, country, sector, and the description of your requirement.
• Project context where you supply it: site count, camera count, camera manufacturers, VMS, deployment preference and timeline.
• The page the enquiry came from, any utm_ campaign parameters in the URL, a timestamp, and a request identifier.
• Whether you consented to be contacted, recorded alongside the enquiry.
• Aggregate page analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no tracking cookie and does not fingerprint visitors.

Sample footage

Footage you submit for assessment is handled under specific terms, implemented in the upload path rather than described in a policy.

• Stored in a private bucket with a randomly generated, unguessable key. There is no public URL and no directory listing.
• Access restricted to the named engineers carrying out the assessment, with every access logged.
• Deleted automatically seven days after upload. Deletion is scheduled at upload time.
• Deleted immediately on request before that, with confirmation once it has run.
• Never used to train any model.
• No public facial recognition is run on submitted footage.
• Filenames never appear in analytics, and raw media never appears in application logs.

How long enquiry data is kept

Enquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial conversation they belong to is live, and then for the period needed to meet Ayonix record-keeping obligations. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any point by emailing infojp@ayonix.com with the reference you were given.

What the analytics on this site process

Every capability published on this site operates on object class, position and duration. The outputs are events and aggregate series.

• No biometric template is created by any analytic published here.
• No individual is identified by any analytic published here.
• Cross-camera re-identification is not offered on this site.
• Aggregate outputs such as counts, occupancy and density can be retained as numbers, without retaining imagery.
• Track identifiers are scoped to a single camera session and are not a persistent identifier for a person.

What is never inferred

These are firm limits rather than current gaps. No configuration enables them, and they are not available on request.

• Race or ethnicity
• Religion or belief
• Health condition or disability
• Sexuality
• Political opinion
• Any other special-category characteristic
• Intent, motive or state of mind

Age and gender estimation

Where aggregate demographic estimation is deployed, age and gender outputs are estimates from appearance. They are not verified identity and not self-identified gender, and they must not be used to make a decision about an individual.

Estimation is reported in aggregate only, with an explicit uncertain category and minimum-count suppression, so thin samples are not published as findings. An anonymous counting alternative is available and is recommended wherever it answers the commercial question.

Licence plate recognition

A licence plate is personal data in many jurisdictions because it relates to an identifiable keeper. Where ANPR is deployed it requires its own documented lawful basis, retention rule, access control and signage, separate from any other analytic on the same site.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Write to infojp@ayonix.com and Ayonix will respond within the period your jurisdiction requires. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.
